Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By connecting a Google account to SheetFiller or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

SheetFiller converts text you paste into structured values using a deterministic rules engine and, at your explicit instruction, writes the values you reviewed into a single row of a Google Sheet you selected. It also reads the header row, the target row and any dropdown rules attached to those cells.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You need a Google account and a Google Sheet you are permitted to edit. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account and for keeping access to it secure.

4. Your data and permissions

• You authorise SheetFiller to access the Google Sheets you select and to write the cells you approve, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm you have the right to submit the information you paste, including any personal data about other people, and that doing so complies with the laws that apply to you.
• You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms, including the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process data you have no right to hold;
• attempt to access spreadsheets or accounts you are not authorised to use, or to circumvent Google's permissions;
• probe, overload, scrape or resell the Service, or interfere with its normal operation;
• use the Service to send spam, to build marketing lists without consent, or to make automated decisions about individuals that the law forbids; or
• reverse engineer the Service except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

6. Accuracy, review and your responsibility

The conversion engine is heuristic: it extracts the values it can find, reports what it could not place, and marks records that need a human look. You review the values before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you write into your spreadsheet and for any decision you make from it. The Service is not a source of truth and is not a substitute for your own verification.

7. Availability and limits

Usage depends on Google Sheets and Drive APIs and is subject to their quotas, rate limits and outages. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content, belongs to SheetFiller. Your spreadsheets, your own data and any text you paste remain entirely yours; we claim no licence over them beyond what is needed to perform the actions you request. Google Sheets and Google Drive are trademarks of Google LLC, and this Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetFiller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service, including any value written to a spreadsheet. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access via Google. We may suspend access if these Terms or Google's policies are breached or if operating the Service becomes unlawful or impractical.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: umairzakria6@gmail.com.
